Chalfont St Giles King’s Coronation Street Party, Sunday 7th May 2023 Chalfont St Giles Show, Saturday 2nd September 2023
On behalf of the committee, this is to all businesses in the village. We organise the Street Party and the Show which are important events for bringing villagers together and providing a great day’s entertainment. We also put aside an amount each year from profits to donate to local organisations which are eligible for funding: we have donated over £100,000 in the last 25 years.
We could not do this without the support of volunteers and businesses in the village. This comes in the form of sponsorship, advertising, publicity, expertise, raffle prizes... to name but a few.
The purpose of this letter is to ask you whether you would like to support both or one of the above events and to indicate what form(s) that could take. A detailed form is downloadable here which we hope you will complete and return. If you have already spoken to a member of the committee about what you would like to do, please confirm this on the form. If we receive multiple applications for the same item, we will be in touch to discuss this further with all concerned.
We very much hope you will wish to support us and we thank you for whatever you can offer, however large or small. Once we know what you are willing to do, a member of the committee will contact you to discuss this in more detail as appropriate.
